Due to our reputation for working with serious and qualified buyers and for our discretion in negotiating fair market value transactions, we often are informed of many available properties that never make it to an MLS listing. Once our search is complete, we pre-screen properties to show you only those that meet your stated criteria.

When you have selected a property that interests you, we conduct a complete comparative market analysis to find out what the property is actually worth. Because we represent only you, we also aggressively search for and fully disclose germane information about the listing such as the seller's situation, the surrounding neighborhood, the property's title history, or applicable environmental, permitting and zoning concerns that are pertinent in negotiating the lowest price and best terms for the home you want.
